General Return & Exchange Info

  • Returns are processed Monday - Friday, *excluding major US holidays.

  • You may return items for any reason up to 30 days after receipt of your order *some items are ineligible for return.

  • ALL returns are issued store credit coupons *unless damaged in transit.

  • Custom designs CANNOT be returned *unless damaged in transit.

  • If items were damaged in transit, DON’T DELAY! Begin the Return Process detailed below within 5 days to receive proper assistance from our returns team!

  • Please check the email used for order return to receive store credit.

  • Store Credit is issued via a single-use coupon code to the email used for order return within 7 business days after receipt of return.

How do I return my order?

To return any item, please follow these steps:

1) Please Email BirdofParadise.US@gmail.com with your Order # as the email subject line. In the body of your email, please explain why you are returning the item.

2) Please Check your email as we will send you a free pre-paid shipping label to return the item back to us. Please use the original packaging with the new shipping label to return the items. Once received, we will send your store credit via email.

3) Please Enjoy the store credit coupon at your convenience! It is highly recommended to star the email containing store credit!

Can I exchange my items?

So sorry love, we do not accept exchanges due to the sensitive and hygienic nature of our jewelry products and one-of-a-kind uniqueness on paintings or 3D-printed art.

Please help! My items were damaged in transit!

We will make this right! :) While we use the highest quality shippers and materials, the fragile nature of our unique products makes them susceptible to damages while in the hands of the carrier. If your items arrive damaged, please follow these steps within 5 days:

1) Please Photograph the damaged items. * Be sure to include the original packaging with tracking number in your photograph.

2) Please Email the photographs to BirdofParadise.US@gmail.com with your Order # as the email subject line.

3) Please Check your email as we will send you a free pre-paid shipping label to return the damaged items back to us. Please use the original packaging with the new shipping label to return the items. Once received, we will recreate the damaged item & ship back to you. Please allow 7-14 business days after you have sent back the item.

4) Please Enjoy store credit coupons or a nifty gift upon receipt of your newly recreated items on us for the inconvenience :)

Please understand that if the damaged item return process has not been initiated within 5 days of tracking receipt, we will be unable to assist with recreating the item and instead store credit will be issued via email.

How do I use my store credit coupon?

At checkout, please input your store credit coupon code as you would a typical virtual code & hit apply. Email us right away if there appears to be an issue with your code at BirdofParadise.US@gmail.com

What is not ELIGIBLE for return?

For the sake of safety & hygiene to our amazing customers & talented staff, some items CANNOT be returned:

  • Any items worn, altered, or missing the original packaging.

  • Pierced jewelry where the protective packaging was removed.

  • Custom orders *unless damaged in transit.

Please understand that if these items return from your order, you will NOT receive store credit.

Once these items appear worn, they have bonded to your soul for life ;)
