You see, I went through quite an amazing angsty age in highschool - wearing all black, gauging my piercings, and dyeing my hair darker colors. I fell in love with working as a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and helping people to take control of their transformations, goals, and progress. I worked at a commercial gym for 5 years before taking to private lessons out of my home gym + aerial studio.
Whether your goals are about feeling happier and healthier, about changing your physical appearance through proper exercise & nutrition habits, or even about conquering a goal you’ve always had like doing a pull-up or getting 10 push-ups in a row, I’m always happy to help!
